Basque Center for Applied Mathematics
World-class interdisciplinary research centre in the field of Applied Mathematics, that started operations in September 2008. It aims to strengthen the Basque Science and Technology Network, by means of interdisciplinary research on the frontiers of mathematics, attracting and training talented scientists, in order for the excellence of its results to be recognised by society.
It has the backing of the Basque Government’s Ministry of Education, the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Ikerbasque and Innobasque.
